On July 12 -15 the Pleasanton FFA attended the State Convention which was held in Dallas this year.

Of the 11,257 FFA members that were at the convention, Manuel Myrin, Ethan Hargrove, Jordan Little, Ethan Ayala, and Claire Roane represented Pleasanton.  They were led by their advisors, Mrs. Jenschke, Mrs. Hargrove, and the new Ag. Teacher, Mrs. Rivera.

This year they voted on realigning the areas in the state and it was passed.  This was the first time in FFA history to get the areas realigned. Pleasanton FFA received 13 Lone Star Degrees, it is the highest membership that the state FFA Association can award.   Members donated money to the Dallas Police Department in excess of over 13,000 dollars.
