Eagles fall to London in bi-district

Pleasanton’s boys soccer team lost 4-2 against Corpus Christi-London at London High School in bi-district on March 29. Silverio Banda scored both goals for the Eagles. The Eagles finished the season 7-15-1.

KARREN WINS AT MEDINA VALLEY

Jourdanton’s Lea Karren won the girls singles event at the Medina Valley tournament on March 28-29. She beat players from Randolph, Taft, Brandeis and McCollum to earn first place. Jourdanton will host its district tournament April 6 and 8.

Loss to Bears starts tough stretch



Pleasanton’s baseball team lost 12-2 against La Vernia, the second-best team in District 4A-30, on March 29 as it started a stretch of games against the top three teams of the district.
