Bring the family to the Yesteryear Festival at the Longhorn Museum on Saturday, July 21, and take a look at the “good old days.” Admission is free.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with exhibits on the museum grounds and inside. Refreshments will also be available. The museum is located on Hwy. 97E in Pleasanton.
There will be a Petting Zoo; story telling, Indian clay art and pottery; butter making and churning; and a performance by Ballet Folklorico, to name just a few. As before, the Boy Scouts will be there to help out with many activities.
