The time has arrived!! Vintage in Verdi is here!! Friday, Dec. 7 and Saturday Dec. 8, Verdi will be having the biggest outdoor market in the area with over 90 vendors. Kathryn (Kate) and Dustin Jasik and Kathryn’s friend Christina Hedfelt and many others have been working for months to bring this grand event to our area. It is a great time to be had by young and old, male and female. Friday is their Funky Hat contest so come wearing your funkiest hat. Judging is at 7 p.m. at the pavilion. Gates open at 1 p.m. on Friday. Admission for Friday is $7 which covers Saturday as well. For Saturday only, admission is $3 and gates open at 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. There will be pies, cookies, BBQ sandwiches Friday and BBQ tacos and sandwiches on Saturday. Antiques, rugs, pillows, furniture, plenty of things for the kids, homemade crafts, clothes, caroling, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Do your holiday shopping this weekend. RAIN or SHINE. Bible study Tuesday nights at the Verdi Community Center from 7 -8 p.m. We will be finishing up our study on the Book of Acts.
Jan. 8 we will be starting a 14-week lesson on Understanding the Endtime. You will not want to miss this in-depth Bible study on what to expect in the coming years according to God’s Word.
