The Pleasanton Independent School District Education Foundation Casino Night still has tickets available for their Saturday, September 26 fundraiser.
Join the fun by stepping back to the days of old Las Vegas – black suits, thin ties, cocktail dresses and hob-knobbing with the Rat Pack. It all starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Pleasanton Civic Center, 115 N. Main.
The $50 ticket includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and gaming chips.
There are two VIP options this year, too. For $1,400 a Black Jack table plus a table to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with service for eight can be purchased. If you want only the table with service, it is $750 for eight guests.
A Texas Hold ‘Em tournament is also planned for the evening. Buy-ins will be available, too.
Gaming will begin at 8 p.m. A drawing will be held for grand prizes based on each player’s chips, plus a raffle for guns will be held during the evening.
The fundraising event will benefit the foundation’s scholarship and teacher’s grant program. Contact any foundation member for tickets or call Kim Phillips at 830-569- 1233.
