After a three-year hiatus, the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce Taste of Atascosa is back! For those who have never attended this event, please make plans to go on Thursday, June 26, you will not regret it!
Area eateries – including HEB and South Texas Regional Medical Center (yes… this hospital actually has GREAT food!) – will all converge at the Pleasanton Civic Center to show off their popular or signature food items.
And if you think that you can’t fill up on just a sample of the goodness offered, worry no more! For the $10 fee you will leave with a full tummy with over 25 different businesses participating. What a way to encourage diners to choose or try a new place to frequent, right?
Not only will there be great food and adult beverages, local talent consisting of Brian Anderson, Toby and Adam Hill will be singing and playing their guitars and stand-up bass.
There will also be a silent auction that you can bid on items.
The way I see it, I am so glad the chamber is bringing back this event! It is a fun way to showcase our area restaurants and food services. Tickets are available at the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce office or at the door. The fun starts at 6 p.m.
