THE BYPASS ROUTE



Bill Carroll, Atascosa County Commissioner, Pct. 4, viewing work progress at bypass route south of Pleasanton. The project is in Phase 3 of four phases. A mile and half of initial work on phases 1 and 2 has been completed. The equipment on site for brush clearing is a hydro mulcher. The bypass route along CR 431 is being built to divert heavy truck traffic passing through Pleasanton to make traffic safer for residents, shoppers and visitors to the city.
