SIBLINGS WIN AT TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL RODEO

Cash Fretwell, senior at Pleasanton High School, competed in Region 8 Texas High School Rodeo Association. He was the 2019 All Around Cowboy, the Tie Down Roping Champion, Team Roping Header Champion and the reserve Cutting Champion. He will be competing in June at the State competition in Abilene. In the fall Cash plans to attend Weatherford Jr College and be a part of their rodeo team. CONTRIBUTED

Kadi Fretwell, sophomore at Pleasanton High School and a member of the THSRA Region 8, won the 19 and under Girls Breakaway Competition at the Patriot Calf Roping in Fort Worth. She was competing against 125 girls and her time on 4 calves was a 9.50. CONTRIBUTED
