Early voting is underway at the Atascosa County Elections Office, 914 Main St. in Jourdanton for the March Primary Election runoffs.

Vote from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. now until Friday, May 18.

Election Day is Tuesday, May 22.

Locally, the Republican Party has two runoffs on the ballot.

Atascosa County Commissioner Pct. 4 between incumbent Bill Carroll and Kennard “Bubba” Riley. Polling places are the Pleasanton Civic Center, Jourdanton Community Center and the Campbellton Community Hall.

Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 runoff is between incumbent Michael Pascarella and Felix Herrera III. Polling places are Pleasanton Civic Center, Poteet VFW Building and the old Leming School (new annex.)

The Democrat Party has a runoff for Texas Governor between Lupe Valdez and Andrew White.

#1 – Pleasanton Civic Center, 115 N. Main St., Pleasanton, Texas

#2 – Horace Fincher Center, 19031 Priest Blvd., Lytle, Texas

#3 – Campbellton Communuty Center, 305 Francis Ave., Campbellton, Texas

#4 – Jourdanton Community Center, 1101 Campbell Ave., Jourdanton, Texas

#5 – Charlotte First Baptist Church, 173 S. Yule Ave., Charlotte, Texas

#6 – Poteet VFW Bldg., 9655 N. SH 16, Poteet, Texas

#7 – Old Leming School/New Annex, 25 E. 5th St., Leming, Texas

Remember, if you voted in the primary, you may only vote in the party in which you voted in for the runoff. If you did not vote in the Primary, you may vote Republican or Democrat.
