Investigators then contacted Raymond Todd Randolph who is the tenant at 737 Commerce Street, Apartment 4A. Consent to search the apartment was given by Randolph. During the search, investigators located evidence that a large amount of Methamphetamine had been flushed down the toilet prior to their arrival, but investigators did discover approximately 4 grams of Methamphetamine inside the apartment along with items that indicated narcotics were being packaged for resale.
