The City of Pleasanton has opened an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to help answer the public’s questions concerning local matters relating to COVID-19.

“The reason that we set this emergency operation center up is to have one central location in the city to gather and disseminate factual information to the public,” said Mayor Travis Hall. “We wanted to establish a communications point between our center and our public so they can call and receive that factual information. We did this as a service to the people of this city. That is why we are here. We thought it was very important they have a place to call with questions and know they are receiving factual answers to their questions concerning COVID-19.”

You are encouraged to contact the Pleasanton Emergency Operation Center by phone 830- 569-2813, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m or email pleasantoneoc@pleasantontx. gov with questions or concerns.
