The Pleasanton golf teams competed at the Randolph tournament last week and continued to rack up hardware.
Pictured at the top is the girl’s team of Sadie McAda, Lacey Stevens, Blaise Diaz, Ashlyn Vera, and Victoria Urbanczyk. The team shot a combined score of 426 to place second overall at the tournament on March 17.
Stevens shot a team-best 82 to place first individually. Victoria Urbanczyk was the team’s secondbest at the tournament, shooting 113.
Pictured below is the boy’s team of Travis Garcia, Matt Garcia, Jake Casias, Reed Foster, and Brady Stevens. They shot a combined score of 335 on March 15 to win their fifth straight tournament this season. They have only played in five tournaments.
Spurring the Eagles along was Garcia, who shot a 74 to finish tied for first place. Garcia would lose in a playoff to finish second individually.
Reed shot an 81 during the one-day tournament to finish as the third place medalist. Both teams competed at the Seguin Tournament on Monday and Tuesday.
