The Pleasanton Church of Christ is pleased to announce that Robert Miller has accepted our invitation to serve as the new pulpit minister, formally beginning on Sept. 1.
He and his family: wife, Ann, daughters, Alina and Avery, and their son, Alex are moving here from Cibolo, nd are looking forward to becoming a regular part of this community. Robert comes with a wealth of experience, a great knowledge of the Scriptures, and a passion for sharing the Gospel.
Robert is a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent over 12 years serving as a medic, flight medic, and Chaplain while stationed both Stateside and overseas. In addition to his deployment to Afghanistan, Robert has also performed mission work in Europe, Africa, and India. Robert comes to us from San Antonio where he has been working as a Hospice Chaplain for the past three years.
As a disciple who has long understood his calling to preach and teach the life changing and saving Gospel of Christ, Robert has had the privilege of serving as a Chaplain, Minister, counselor, neighbor, and friend to various individuals, families, and communities around the world. We look forward to his energy and passion and extend a warm invitation to all to come and join us in both worship and fellowship as he and his family begin this next chapter of their life and ministry right here in our very own community. Welcome home Miller’s. We look forward to many years of fellowship and service.
