There will be a rally to help finish gathering signatures for the petition to bring the concerns of a redesign of the Pleasanton Community Center/Library to vote. If you are unable to attend this Satlurday, I have a petition and you can contact me to sign it. Please see the article on page 8A.
Get ready! The Brush Country children have sent their letters to Santa so we can publish them in our big Christmas greetings issue next week. They are always a hoot to read – sometimes they are quite poignant as well. This year they’ll be online too!
Remember to submit your Brush Country Christmas Story entry by 5 p.m. this Friday, December 16. There are two categories, Serious and Humorous. Two winners will win $50 – so, start writing! Bring them by our office, 114 E. Goodwin St., fax them to 830-569- 6100, email them to Lisa Luna at email@example.com.
