Virtual meetings for foster care and adoption

Hosted by Belong. Meetings on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. Visit sjrcbelong.org to register. Belong serves as the lead provider for communitybased care in Region 8b and is responsible for finding foster homes for children in state care throughout 27 counties.

Mega Food Distribution

Nov. 20, at the Poteet Strawberry Festival grounds starting at about 10 a.m. The gates will be open for parking after 6:30 a.m. Please note there will not be a restroom available for clients. Event coordinators are always happy to see their volunteers.

Health Screening Nov. 15

Residents living in and around Pleasanton can learn about their risk for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other chronic, serious conditions with affordable screenings by Life Line Screening. First Baptist Church will host this community at 400 N. Reed Street in Pleasanton.

Family Collaborative Council by Connections in Jourdanton

Atascosa County Christmas Elderly Project Target 2021
