NEW LOOK FOR DEPUTY SHERIFFS’ VEHICLES



Deputy Sheriffs John Rothenbach and George Lopez show off the new Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle graphics recently purchased by Sheriff David Soward. The sheriff stated the graphics were purchased with forfeiture funds seized from drug dealers and other criminals. The graphics were put on the department’s fleet of Tahoes earlier this month. The sheriff stated he hopes that among other things the graphics will increase the high visibilty of his patrol deputies to deter crime and aggressive driving.
