I plan to look into the possibility of bringing this back to our community.
Also this past Thursday, there was a major water leak in our city. It occurred sometime around noon. The city crew worked diligently all afternoon in the extreme hot weather and late into the night without a break until the repair was completed around 1:30 AM. All our city employees are dedicated to providing services to our community. They earn and deserve respect for their performance.
This coming Saturday, there will be a Fun at the Park event at the Poteet Canyon Park. There will be water guns, water games, and food. There will be a dunking booth. Sometime during the event I will be in the booth. I invite everyone to come out to have some fun.
