On Wednesday, Nov. 28 Jourdanton Police Officers arrested Brian Minton on an outstanding warrant.
After following up on this arrest on Thursday Nov. 29, officers recovered over 12 grams of crystal methamphetamine, scales and other material consistent with distribution of drugs, a small amount of marijuana, a .22 caliber firearm and oil field safety equipment suspected of being acquired through theft, from a residence in the 2700 block of Brown Ave.
Minton has been charged with Manufacture/ Delivery of 4-200 grams of a Controlled Substance/Penalty Group 1, (1st Degree Felony) and Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz. Due to minors being present while narcotics were being sold and ingested, he was also charged with Endangering a Child (State Jail Felony).
