With only 600 plates available tickets are going fast. Presale tickets are still available at the Jourdanton Community Library, Steinle Insurance and any chamber member but time is running out.

The St. Matthew’s Parish Hall on Hwy 16 is where you want to be as the food is being served and the silent auction gets underway at 11 am. The live auction will start at 12 noon with the usual great stuff, like quilts, furniture, plants in unique containers, automotive accessories, toys, sports supplies, gardening, yard items, and gift certificates of all kinds!

Add to all of that you also have the chance to sit and visit with friends and family over delicious BBQ chicken with all the trimmings, tea and dessert. You can’t beat that for $8.

Being their major fund raiser each year, the chamber is working hard to bring you a great meal and fun time. And with what is raised they use it to better the community including supporting the city in building a new swimming pool, beautifying the city and working to build for a better tomorrow.

So come and join the chamber this Sunday for some good food and great times. If more information is needed don’t hesitate to call 769-3087.
