Jeanie Wisdom




 

 

Jeanie P. Wisdom, of Pleasanton, went to be with the Lord on September 30, 2012.

She was born January 23, 1945 in Houston, the youngest of four children born to Robert and Ora Perry of Floresville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Arthur Perry of Pleasanton and Forrest Perry of Katy.

She is survived by her husband Ray C. Wisdom of Pleasanton, sister Shirley Donaho of Floresville and sisters-in-law Mary Perry of Katy and Judy Wisdom of Spicewood, her children Kelsey Kemp Ferguson and husband Jason, and son Jess Kemp and wife Laura, all of Pleasanton and children Jack Wisdom of New Braunfels, Pat Wisdom and wife Katherine of San Antonio, and Gary Wisdom and wife Julie of San Antonio. Grandchildren Kyndall and Kenna Bendele, Garner and Libby Kemp, Clayton Walters, Chesleigh Wisdom, Jaquelyn Wisdom, Zach Wisdom and Rex Wisdom, as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Edward Donaho, Lynn Donaho, Morgan Talley, Jason Talley, Jimmy Spruill and Clayton Walters.

Visitation for Jeanie will be Tuesday October 2, 2012 from 2-8 pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton, and celebration of her life and her love of music will be held at Cowboy Fellowship on Wednesday October 3, 2012 at 10 am with internment to follow at Pleasanton Cemetery.
