Irma was a long time resident of Sacramento/Elk Grove where she lived since leaving her childhood home in Texas at the age of 19. She was a hard working woman, working mostly at The Blue Diamonds Growers in downtown Sacramento. She loved to cook and enjoyed her family from California to Texas. She found her peace in her studies of Christianity. Athletically active from basketball as a youth, softball as a young lady to racquetball into her mid age. She also loved reading, genealogy, attending the gym and was an inspirational force to the females in our family. Per her request there will be no services.
She wished for her ashes to be distributed in various places she loved – Corpus Christi, Mt. Lassen and a few other places dear to her heart.
