Harry Keith Sutherland Jr. of Pleasanton, Texas passed away in his home in Pleasanton Texas, on August 12, 2018. He was born in Uvalde on January 22, 1946, to Keith Sutherland Sr. and Lilla Scott Sutherland. He grew up on the family ranch along the Nueces River and lived in Pleasanton for many years. Keith is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Martha Kay Sutherland. He is survived by his children Melissa Sutherland Hunt and her husband Bob Hunt from Pleasanton; Keith Sutherland III and his wife Jennie from Austin; Jason Spruill and his wife Kynda from Charlotte; his grandchildren Seth Hunt, Jess Hunt, Eli Hunt, Ruby Sutherland and June Sutherland; and his sisters Kay Loehr and her husband John from Greenville, and Eloise Sutherland and her husband Clint Radell from Austin,

Keith was known as a jack of all trades. In his lifetime he ran a plethora of successful businesses from agricultural sprinkler systems, construction and erection of billboards and metal buildings, rental properties, running hot shot for oil field companies and car washes, to name a few. The things he loved most in life were fishing, his dogs, sweet tea, and Martha, whom he loved for over 50 years.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on September 8 at Crosspoint Fellowship Church, 739 Dallas Street in Pleasanton.
