The cash was seized in May of 2014 in a massive raid of four game rooms in the Poteet area by the Sheriff’s Office and the County Attorney’s Office following a several month long undercover investigation. Assistant County Attorney Molly Solis successfully prosecuted all the defendants arrested in the investigation and secured the forfeiture of the cash and other items seized from the 8-Liner establishments.
