Braden Loeffler, a second grader at Pleasanton Primary, shot his first deer while out hunting with his dad, Mark Loeffler. the 7 year old killed in with one shot at 100 yards. The buck had 9 points and a 16 inch antler spread.

Pacesetter Officers Candace Hurley (back left0), Kim Chancellor (back center), Megan Haverlah (back right) and Catina Volger (front center) were selected to participate in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 26, in New York City. The girls were chosen from hundreds of participants during their Universal Dance Association Dance Camp.

Kelsey Wiley, daughter of Precinct 3 J.P. Belo and Shirley Wiley, of Charlotte, serves Rosa Zulaica a turkey dinner at the Third Annual Charlotte-Christine Senior Citizens Thanksgiving Dinner held on Sunday, Nov. 15 at the Charlotte School Cafeteria.
