Pleasanton City Council approved new rental fees for the Civic center at the March 5 City Council meeting. You can pick up a copy of the fee schedule at Pleasanton City Hall.
The 12,000 square foot main hall, with a capacity of 500 guests, can be rented for $80 dollars an hour (for up to three hours), or for the entire day at $350 from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays that fee rises to $950 (the main hall is only open from 8 a.m. to midnight on those days). It costs $500 to rent the main hall on Sunday. A half day rental is also available upon inquiry.
The 1000 square foot meeting room, which can hold 50 guests, can be rented for $50 an hour (up to three hours) or $200 for the entire day from Monday to Sunday. Other fees, such as cancellation deposits and audiovisual services may apply.
Churches, government entities, non-profits with a 501c(3) and civic groups receive a 10% discount on facility rates. Pleasanton residents and Pleasanton City Employees receive a 15% discount on facility rental rates.
