Estella Espinosa went to be with her maker on January 2, 2019. She was born in Pleasanton on January 4, 1938. She would have celebrated her 81st birthday on Friday, January 4, 2019. She leaves behind her husband Leonardo of 53 years, two daughters Theresa and Christina Espinosa and one grandson Daniel Ray Espinosa,two brothers Antonio Arguijo from San Antonio and Regino Arguijo, Jr. from Rosenberg Texas, two sisters Usdela (Bubie) Davila and Lydia Luna both from Pleasanton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Regino and Dolores Arguijo, five brothers, Alfredo, Adolfo, Alejos, Guillermo (Willie Jo), and Rodolfo (Paul) Arguijo, and two sisters, Aurora Arguijo and Alicia Leal.

Estella began her married life as an Air Force wife and supported her husband all 22 years of his service moving from Pleasanton to Okinawa from Okinawa to Oklahoma then back to Okinawa to later settle in San Antonio. She was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother. She lived her life to the fullest and although she had many illnesses, she never let that slow her down. Her passion was sports. She was a true San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboy fan. She loved watching her grandson play whatever sport he was playing at the time and was always his # 1 fan. She will truly be missed by all and life without her will never be the same.

Visitation for Estella will be on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 4pm to 9pm with a recited rosary at 7pm at Castle Ridge Mortuary 8008 W Military Dr. Funeral mass will be at 12pm on Monday, January 14, 2019 at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church followed by interment at 2pm at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
