Election Day is Saturday, May 4



Early voting for the Pleasanton and Poteet School Board and City Council General Election wrapped up Tuesday night.

At the end of Early Voting Tuesday night, a total of 60 voters and two mailin ballots were reported for Districts 2 and 5 for Pleasanton ISD. For Poteet ISD, 411 voters and four mail-in ballots were reported. For Poteet City Council, 237 voters with three mail-in ballots were reported.

Voting Day for the General Election is this Saturday,

Pleasanton ISD:

 Old Pleasanton Elementary, 616 Main St. in Pleasanton – Districts 2, 5 & 7

 St. Andrews Catholic Church, (Our Lady of Grace Bldg.) 626 Market St. in Pleasanton – Districts 2 & 4

 Atascosa Agrilife Extension Adjunct (formerly Leming School) 25 East Street in Leming – District 4 & 7

Poteet ISD & City Council:

 Poteet Jr. High Cafeteria, 1000 FM 1470 in Poteet.

The Pleasanton Express will publish tentative results to our Facebook page when they are made available Saturday and final results in next week’s issue.
