There’s still time to donate! This past weekend, the Pleasanton ISD Education Foundation hosted their first ever Eagles for Education fundraiser event. This event included an online silent auction and 12-hour pledge drive with new incentives and challenges at the top of each hour.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Pleasanton ISD Education Foundation had to cancel their annual School’s Out for Summer Golf Tournament and Casino Night fundraising events this year. Though they hope, with the success of this online fundraising venture, to continue giving the same level of support to Pleasanton ISD Seniors and teachers in the 2020-2021 school year.

If you missed the auction or pledge drive, but you would still like to donate to the Pleasanton ISD Education Foundation, you can donate at https:// pisdef2020.ggo.bid. Follow the link, click on Start Bidding to register as a bidder and make your donation by clicking on the Please Click Here to Donate Now button.

If you still want to purchase a “Pride Pride, Eagle Pride” yard sign from Country Girl Designs, proceeds go to the Education Foundation. “Pride Pride, Eagle Pride” T-shirts designed especially for this event are also still available from The Happy Dudes.

In 2019-2020, the Foundation was able to award $30,950 in scholarships to 40 deserving PHS seniors and $16,166.90 in Innovative Teaching Grants for PISD teachers and campuses because of their annual fundraising opportunities.

The Pleasanton ISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization which means donations can be tax deductible.
