The Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of Atascosa for 2021 held Aug. 19, at the Pleasanton Civic Center was a huge success with a standingroom only crowd.
“We were so excited to bring back Taste of Atascosa and promote some of our best local restaurants,” said Cindy Mumm, Executive Director of Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce.
“The event exceeded our expectations, and it is already growing for next year.” This year 15 restaurants served up delicious foods, desserts, coffees and specialty drinks. It was the “best of the best” with some “chefs” unveiling new top-secret neverbefore tried recipes.

1st Place Grand Champion: Texas Prime BBQ, 2nd Place Reserve Grand Champion: The Backyard Kitchen, 3rd place: Cowboys Smoke House BBQ, 4th Place: The Office Bar & Grill, 5th Place: Chrizzy’s Creation and Best Booth: Southern Sweets.
