Atascosa County Crime Stoppers and the Pleasanton Police Department are hoping that a reward of up to FIVE THOUSAND-DOLLARS being offered for one week only will help solve numerous vehicle burglaries and theft of vehicles that occurred in the city of Pleasanton.

On July 10, 2021, the Pleasanton Police Department was dispatched to numerous vehicle burglaries throughout the city in addition to two vehicle thefts. It is believed that the burglaries occurred in the early morning hours, possibly between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., on July 10, 2021. Burglars broke into numerous vehicles throughout the city of Pleasanton and stole over $3,000 worth of property.

During the same timeframe two vehicles were reported stolen. A 2020 Ford F-150 pickup displaying Iowa license plates was stolen from the Chaparral Place Apartments in the 1100 block of West Oaklawn. The truck was black in color with tinted windows and a black tool box that contained numerous tools. A Legend ice chest, a pair of Costa sunglasses and a pair of Heatwave sunglasses were also in the truck. The second vehicle reported stolen was a 2017 Ford Fusion. It was also stolen from the Chaparral Place Apartments in the 1100 block of West Oaklawn. The vehicle was red in color with tinted windows and a Texas A&M metal decal on the rear left side of it. There were numerous work items and personal items in the vehicle.

Vehicle burglaries resulted in over $3,000 worth of items taken and two stolen vehicles that are both valued at over $50,000.

Pleasanton Police Investigators have some leads in these cases and need assistance to help solve them.
