2019 Cowboy Homecoming Parade Route

The 53rd Cowboy Homecoming parade is this Saturday, March 9 starting at 10 a.m.! Parade entries are still needed and forms can be found on the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce’s website at www.pleasantoncofc.com on the right side of the home page. Parade entries will line up at the Pleasanton PAC on Stadium Drive. The parade will then make a right onto Bryant St., turn left onto Goodwin by Dr. Harlan’s office, turn in front of Center Pharmacy onto Smith St., make a right onto Hunt St. and turn left onto Main St. The parade will turn right onto Adams St. and disband at the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce (605 2nd St.)

This year’s Grand Marshal is 95-year-old World War II US Navy veteran, Domingo Chapa. Honorary Grand Marshals are the 2018-19 Pleasanton Eagles basketball team.

The Hayden Homestead Company Food Truck will be in The Gypsy Moon parking lot on Saturday morning (off Goodwin) with lots of tasty foods and snacks during the parade. Rodney and friends will be performing a short concert once the parade has finished.

Serving as Honorary Grand Marshal is the Pleasanton Eagles basketball team. They were undefeated District Champions, Bi-District Champions and Area Champions this year.

Be sure to head on down to the Cowboy Homecoming grounds at the Atascosa County Show Barn afterwards for an afternoon full of fun with friends and family!
