Assistant County Attorney Siobhan Mullen requested appropriate action concerning permission to post notice pursuant to Transportation Code 251.152 for public hearing regarding posting “No thru truck traffic” signs on the following County Roads located in Precinct #2, Atascosa County, Texas; Sand Branch Road starting at FM 2504 to its intersection with Whitley Road; Whitley Road starting from its intersection with Sand Branch Road to its intersection with Old Devine Road; and Old Devine Road starting at its intersection with FM 2504 and ending at the Medina County Line. Request was granted.
Ass’t County Attorney Siobhan Mullen then requested and received approval concerning order determining that Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office vehicle is surplus property; permitting donation of same according to Chapter 352.002 of the Local Government Code and authorize Judge or Sheriff, dependent on how vehicle is titled, to execute all documents necessary to transfer title.
Comm. Kennard Riley, Pct. 4, was given approval concerning a request for a commercial driveway permit for W-W Services on CR 422, located 1,300 feet south of the CR 432 intersection.
County IT Manager Justin Vasquez received approval on action concerning purchasing time clock devices from Bay Area Time in the amount of $11,309 from Capital Outlay.
County Auditor Tracy Barrera requested and received approval on line item amendments for the following: Road and Bridge, PCT. 1, moving funds from Special Projects in the amount of $1,916 to Insurance-Fleet; Road and Bridge, Pct. 2, moving funds from Special Projects in the amount $3,223 to Insurance-Fleet; Road and Bridge, Pct. 3, moving funds from Special Projects in the amount of $288 to Insurance- Fleet; Road and Bridge, Pct. 4, moving funds in the amount of $6,992 to Insurance-Fleet.
Commissioners’ Court reviewed and approved bills.
