The City of Pleasanton released information regarding their July Brush/Bulky Trash Pick-up. The Community Development Services Department reminds the public of the bulky trash restrictions.
Trash should not be placed curbside more than two weeks prior to the assigned pick-up date. Trash should not be more than 10 cubic yards per residential location. Community Development Services should be notified for approval to combine trash piles from different locations to prevent additional charges for piles more than 10 cubic yards at a single location. Trash should not be near any objects preventing pick-up. Trash piles that contain dead animals, tires, concrete, oils, chemicals, hazardous waste, gypsum boards, roof tiles, refrigerant containing appliances, TV’s and monitors will not be accepted.
Area #1 pick-up start date is July 13 – July 17 for areas west of Bryan St. and north of Goodwin St. Area #2 pick-up will be from July 20 – July 24 for areas west of Hwy. 281 to Bryan St. and south of Goodwin. Area #3 pick-up will be from July 27 – July 31 for areas east of Hwy 281 and north of Coughran Road.
