Transitioning into the new year, our Jourdanton Credit Office is proud to welcome new Senior Loan Officer Wes Howell, to the Capital Farm Credit family.
Wes and his wife, Katy, reside in Falls City along with their daughter Halleigh, and son Keller. Wes and Katy are both graduates of Texas A&M University where they pursued their passions for agricultural science. Katy is the Ag-Science teacher at Falls City High School.
After graduating from TAMU he moved to West TX, where he was the Ag- Science teacher in Denver City. Opportunities led him to the oil field where he honed his skills in drilling operations and safety matters. He comes to us from Chevron where he was helping manage environmental and remediation projects as well as serving as a leadership and competency coach.
“Wes is an engaging individual with a talent for cultivating relationships. He thrives in a team environment and is excited to once again be focused on his passion for agriculture as he pursues new opportunities with CFC” said Bret Riff, senior vice president branch manager. “Although new to the world of Farm Credit lending, he’s anxious to learn our business and share our compelling story with his relationships and clients.”
