The Campbellton Hall Association will hold its annual membership meeting on Monday, Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the Campbellton Hall.
The Campbellton Hall is a non-profit association located in the 27th block of the town site of Campbellton. This modern updated facility is an asset to Campbellton and the surrounding areas. It is the home of the Paisano Fire Department. The facility is used for all official functions of the fire department. The hall is also host to the senior citizen’s group, a place that families can gather for visiting and meals after local funerals, community activities and a voting facility for political elections.
Under the direction of six directors that are elected from the membership and Paisano Fire Department, the hall is managed by a facility manager and rented at a very modest rate for such activities as weddings, dances, family reunions, anniversaries, birthdays and retirement parties, etc. to the public.
Anyone with an interest in the Campbellton community is encouraged to attend this meeting. Everyone is welcome and if you wish to be a voting member, the 2019 dues are $5 per person and can be paid at the meeting.
Issues to be discussed include: election of two directors, importance of the hall to the community, further improvements and ideas from those present. Refreshments will be served and there will be a drawing for gift card door prizes.
