AUCMC provides treatment for all of these conditions and more in a modern, customer-service oriented setting.
Dr. Patricio Villarreal serves as the medical director at AUCMC. Dr. Villarreal has been practicing Emergency Medicine in Atascosa County for over 20 years. As a seasoned professional in the emergency medicine field, Dr. Villarreal saw a need in this community for an alternative to the extended waits and high cost of emergency room treatment for after hours, weekend and urgent medical care.
AUCMC is open daily at 10 a.m. and accepts walk-ins. Dr. Villarreal and his staff believe that patients do not plan to be sick, so the philosophy at AUCMC is, Care when you need us.
As a long-time resident of Atascosa County, Dr. Villarreal wants his neighbors to have access to quality, convenient care without the high costs and long waits associated with emergency department care. AUCMC is there to offer general and specialized treatment for patients of all ages.
AUCMC also offers drug testing, pre and post-employment injury physicals and treatment for on the job injuries. Please contact Clinic Executive Director Karen Villarreal at (830) 569-0095 for further information about the Clinic.
