$9K in stolen property in Pleasanton

The Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office along with Crime Stoppers is hoping that a reward of up to $5,000 being offered for one week only will help solve a theft located in the 6000 block of FM 1784, located 12 miles north of Pleasanton off of IH-37.

On Thursday, March 18, 2021, at around 10 a.m. sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Greens Energy Group located in the 6000 block of FM 1784 for a report of stolen property. Upon the deputies arrival they were informed by the property manager that when they arrived that morning at the yard they discovered a cut fence near the front gate. It was then discovered that numerous trucks had the catalytic converters stolen from them. The trucks were parked in the yard last July and were checked on a regular basis. Each catalytic converter was estimated to cost $1,500. The estimated value of property damage and of the stolen property was over $9,000.

Sheriff’s Investigators have some leads in this case and are in need of your assistance to help solve it.
