The Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office assisted by the Pleasanton Police Department and the San Antonio Police Department made a major narcotics bust Friday afternoon on East Adams Street in Pleasanton. Sheriff’s Investigators, Deputies, SAPD and Pleasanton PD Officers converged on the residence after conducting an investigation and surveillance into criminal activity.
Sheriff David Soward stated the officers seized quantites of Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Heroin, LSD and prescription drugs along with $3,113 in cash and eight firearms, one which was stolen in Atascosa County. The investigators also recovered a stolen vehicle at the residence. Two occupants of the house were charged with multiple drug charges and a third subject arrested on a parole violation warrant.
The individuals, and their charges are:
David Garza, DOB 1984, was arrested by the ACSO on charges of Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 >=4G<200G Cocaine; Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 <1G Heroin; Possession Marijuana <2oz; Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 >=4G<200G Methamphetamine; Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, at 1:34 p.m.
Nicholas John Bosquez, DOB 1996, was arrested by the ACSO on charges of Possession Controlled Substance PG 1 >=4G<200G; Possession Marijuana <2oz, at 1:34 p.m.
Simon Juan Bosquez, DOB 1998, was arrested by the ACSO on charges of NISI/Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; NISI/Evading Arrest Detention; Fail to Identify Fugitive From Justice, at 1:34 p.m.
Sheriff Soward along with Pleasanton Police Chief Ronald Sanchez both concurred that the arrests and drug seizures are a significant blow in local drug trafficking.
