The Atascosa County Sheriff’s Department along with Crime Stoppers is hoping that a FIVE THOUSAND-DOLLAR cash reward being offered for one week only will help solve a burglary located on Casarez Road, 2.3 mile east of FM 3006.
On September 22, 2014 at about 5:30 p.m. sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence on Casarez Road, off of FM 3006, for a report of a burglary. Upon the deputies arrival they were informed by the homeowner that the family had been gone from the residence for a few hours and when they returned he noticed the front door appeared to have been kicked in. The homeowner stated as he walked into his residence he noticed the residence to be in a state of disarray and numerous items to be missing. Stolen property included a 55” Phillips flatscreen TV, a blue ray player, an HP printer with scanner, an HP computer monitor, an Xbox 360 game system, 2 – Element 20” flatscreen TV, a Samsung Galaxy 8” tablet, The estimated value of the property stolen and damages to the residence was over $3,000.00.
Sheriff’s investigators have some leads in this case and are in need of your assistance to help solve it.
