Pleasanton City Council honored three police officers at the July 18 meeting. The officers answered a call to the city park on July 2 where a female had overdosed on Heroin. Free school lunches for Poteet ISD students

Poteet ISD released the information regarding their school lunch and breakfast program for the 2019-2020 school year. Student breakfast and lunch will be free to all students. On March 8, 2019 officers of the Pleasanton Police Department received a report from the Oakhaven Apartments Management team stating there was upwards of $15,000 not accounted for from rent payments.
