Man arrested after cocaine found in vehicle

Francisco Salinas, 23, of Jourdanton was arrested March 18 for allegedly possessing the controlled substanc cocaine which is a 3rd degree felony. Jourdanton Police Officer Gonzales observed Salinas driving down Highway 97.
