Sipriano P. Gaitan, III, age 46 of Charlotte passed away Friday, August 18, 2012 in Jourdanton. Mr. Gaitan was born November 4, 1965.

He is survived by his parents: Sipriano S. and Rosie P. (Perez) Gaitan, II of Charlotte; wife: Rosalinda (Torres) Gaitan of Charlotte; son: John Edward Gaitan and wife Yolanda of Pleasanton; daughters Vanessa Gaitan of Pleasanton; Kimberly Gaitan of Charlotte and Sara Alvarez and Juan Delgado, Jr of Charlotte; brothers Edward P. Gaitan of Pleasanton and Rudy Gaitan and wife April of Charlotte; sisters Yvette Jaco and husband Rene of Pearsall and Lori Gaitan and Chris Salinas of Charlotte as well as seven grandchildren. Mr. Gaitan is preceded in death by his grandparents: Sipriano and Isabel Gaitan, Sr.

Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton, from 2 - 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Funeral service will be at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Charlotte at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 23, 2012. Interment to follow at Charlotte Community Cemetery in Charlotte.
