McAllister anniversary


George and Grady Ann McAllister, longtime residents of Jourdanton, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in Fredericksburg, Texas with a family reception at the historic Fredericksburg Inn on Friday, August 17 thru Sunday, August 19. Their children and spouses, Rachel and Ross Hurley of Pleasanton, Robin and Galen Chandler of Canyon, Texas and Russell and Jana McAllister of Maypearl, Texas, hosted the weekend long celebration, in honor of their parents. Friday they were greeted with a surprise family reception at the Fredericksburg Inn. Saturday evening their children hosted a gourmet dinner at the award winning Fredericksburg Herb Farm Restaurant. George and Grady Ann also enjoyed their weekend with their four grandchildren, Cody Chandler and wife Lindsay of Canyon, TX , Evan Hurley and wife Katie of Pleasanton, Erin McAllister of College Station, Texas and Emily McAllister of Maypearl, Texas.
