Wesley and Lachelle Chain of Live Oak are proud to announce the arrival of their son, Gatlyn Wesley Chain.

He was born on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 9:38 p.m. at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. He weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches long.

Also, welcoming baby Gatlyn are his maternal grandparents Gaylen and Elaine Briggs of Jourdanton and paternal grandparent Rachel Chain of San Marcos.
