Local talent competes at World Series
13 year old Tyler Gonzales from Pleasanton was invited to play with the Bone- Crusher out of Georgetown to compete in Super Series- World Series Tournament in Round Rock July 14th thru 20th. The players were all 13 year olds and playing up 14u. It is a small world, because one of the Bone- Crushers players Garrett Wright’s dad coached in Pleasanton 12 years ago for one year with Coach Dumont and his name was Lyle Wright. The hit pictured above, was a 2RBI triple. The BoneCrushers placed 4th over all in the tournament. Tyler will be an 8th grader at Jourdanton Jr. High this coming school year.
