As we fly around the world, kids will takeoff from Worship at the Worship Rally Hangar and make their first stop at the stunning Victoria Falls for Bible study. While flying around the world kids will also visit snacks at the Paricutin Volcano, missions under the northern lights, music at the Matterhorn, recreation at the Grand Canyon and crafts at the Great Barrier Reef. It’s Vacation Bible School at Calvary Baptist Church, at 811 Oak St. in Jourdanton like you’ve never experienced before! Children age 4 through grade 12 are admitted free from 5-8 p.m. July 23-26.

Good Shepherd LutheranChurch

The Vacation Bible School Program “Amazing Desert Journey” will be presented at Main Street Outreach at 420 Martin Street, Pleasanton on evenings Sunday, July 29 – Thursday, Aug. 2. The excitement packed evenings of Bible study, games, crafts, snacks and music will begin at 6 p.m. and end at 8:15 p.m.

The event will be hosted by the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Pleasanton. A four member team – The Barnabas Team – from the Association of Free Lutheran Bible School, Minneapolis, Minnesota will lead the event.

Tilden Baptist Church Vacation Bible School at Tilden Baptist Church is scheduled from Sunday, July 22 to Thursday, July 26, from 5-8 p.m. This year’s theme is, Sky: Everything is possible with God.

Community Bible Chapel

Community Bible Chapel invites all children ages 5-12 to attend our Vacation Bible School during the week of July 23-27, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. We will take a look at five events in the life of Jesus to discover why He is our Ultimate Hero!

Come join us for stories, songs, games, crafts, refreshments and more as we learn about the greatest Hero of all.

St. John Lutheran Church & Jourdanton United Methodist Church

St. John Lutheran Church, located at 1702 Hwy. 97 East in Jordanton, and Jourdanton United Methodist Church will have their combined Vacation Bible School starting on Sunday evening, July 22- Thursday night, July 26.

The time will be 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The place will be St. John Lutheran Church.

The theme is “ Amazing Desert Journey” where the children of our community will learn about God’s love through songs, crafts, snacks, games, storytelling, Bible challenges and prayer.

All children 4 years through those that have completed fifth grade are invited to attend.
