Kickin’ it up in Charlotte



The 7th Annual South Texas Bull Bash kicked it big last weekend at Charlotte’s Miller Ryan Park. Team roping, bull riding and dancing brought in the crowds which organizer, Gerald Cumpian, said were bigger than ever due to the turnout of oil field operators. Championship Bull Rider, P.J. Stripling, Lampasas, Tx, won the big prize-$1200 plus a buckle. “Big Sis” boot scooted down the bleachers during this rodeo round-up.
