Melvin Keith Maxwell, age 54, of Pleasanton, passed away Friday, July 6, 2012, in Pleasanton. Mr. Maxwell was born May 23, 1958 in Plainview.

He is survived by his parents James and Cyndia Maxwell of Pleasanton; sons Tyler Maxwell of Pleasanton, Michael Maxwell and wife Savannah of Michigan and Matthin Mika Karnes County; brothers Kevin Maxwell of San Antonio and Kelly Maxwell and wife Ashley of Pleasanton; nephews Kasey and Chase Maxwell; mother of his children Sandra Kay; grandchildren Aiden, Olivia and Natalie as well as girlfriend Paulette Trujillo.

Mr. Maxwell is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Albert and Helen Monroe; paternal grandparents Walter and Juel Maxwell and uncle Jim Thomas.
