James Hail, age 70, of Jourdanton, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2012, in Jourdanton. He was born September 12, 1941.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Goodrum Hail of Jourdanton, his daughters Heidi Anderson of Pennsylvania, Stacy Hail of Jourdanton, Tonya Goodrum of Jourdanton and Amanda Yeoman of Jourdanton, as well as his son Clinton Hail, also of Jourdanton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ian Anderson, John Bautista, Christopher Bautista, Cheyenne Hail, Sayge Hail, Colton Hail, Makayla Goodrum, Tehya Ayala, Adrian Ayala, Jaden Yeomen, and Dixie Goodrum.

A memorial service was held at Cowboy Fellowship in Pleasanton on Tuesday, May 2, 2012 at 11 a.m.
