PLEASANTON HOSTS SPECIAL OLYMPICS





Athletes from throughout Pleasanton, Poteet, Jourdanton and the surrounding area took part in the Tri-City Special Olympic Spring Games. The event took place at Eagle football stadium on April 26. The Archdiocese of San Antonio Knights of Columbus co-hosted the event. The athletes, their families and friends enjoyed the opening ceremonies and seeing participants walking proudly around the track.
